Publication in the Journal is possible for original articles that have not previously been published in other journals.

Each submitted manuscript is reviewed by the editors.

If it does not meet the basic requirements for the topic, scientific level, availability of scientific results (Appendix 3), then a reasoned refusal is sent to the author by e-mail.

The grounds for a reasoned refusal to publish an article may be:

• the subject of the submitted material does not correspond with the subjects of the Journal;

• non-compliance with the requirements to the materials submitted for publication;

• negative review on the submitted manuscript;

• non-compliance of the material with the current legislation on copyright and related rights.

If the editorial board of the journal or third parties discover facts of violation of scientific ethics, in particular, plagiary of other people's ideas and materials without reference to the authors, including in articles published in the journal, the editorial board reserves the right to retrace the article from the journal.

A manuscript that meets the basic requirements is reviewed. The reviewer is selected according to the recommendation of a member of the editorial board. If necessary, the manuscript is sent to two reviewers.

If the received review contains comments or is negative, then the author is recommended to modify the manuscript and take these comments into account, or a reasoned refusal is sent to him, to which the review is attached. The revised version is sent to the reviewer for re-review.

If the review is positive and does not contain any comments, then the manuscript is sent to the editorial office for publication.
